The prices shown are starting prices. For straightforward jobs like a boiler service or gas safety certificate, the price is usually fixed. For more complex work, we'll give you a full written quote before any work begins — no surprises.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
For standard bookings, there is no separate call-out fee — the labour rate covers everything. Emergency out-of-hours call-outs are charged from £120 for the first hour.
What does POA mean?
"Price on Application" — these jobs vary too much in scope to give a standard price. Get in touch and we'll arrange a site visit or discuss your requirements to give you an accurate quote.
